The charger is doing exactly what it should be doing, although it’s not powering a child’s toy. Instead, it’s powering a small camera meant to be on a tractor-trailer. The camera is mounted outside our garage and aimed down the alley to warn us of oncoming traffic as we back out of our garage. The monitor to which it’s feeding images is in our car, powered by the car’s battery. It all works perfectly.
