The media could not be loaded. Β Handle bars didn’t want to go on designated areas the threading was backwards. I ended up putting the one Labeled Left on the right etc. It still works. Important to make sure when folding upright to ride that it is locked into place securely. 18 mph max speed is good as well. Brakes work well. All in all fun and good electric scooter that folds easily. Would recommend.

It’s taken awhile for electric scooters to catch on in my area, but now everyone is riding them. And why not? They provide easy transportation and are fun to ride. This is a great entry level scooter for people, like me who want it for short commutes and just zipping around. The top speed of 18 mph is plenty for most people. I tend to go 10 – 15 mph. It’s easy to fold and take along to the beach or farmers market. At this price, it’s definitely a great economic choice too. It’s fun to ride smoothly past the gas station.

This scooter goes together really easily to make sure all the screws are tight especially the break. If the brake screw is not tight it will slip while you’re trying to put on the brakes. It’s a lot of fun and we’ll hold up a big person son. I recommend my friend get your scoot on again. Thank you. Oran Z

Overall, I like it but I did have a few minor issues.Putting it together, there were zero instructions in the box. So if it’s your first scooter, it might take you a while to figure out where everything goes. The locking mechanism is hard to push into place on the handle. I was worried I was going to break it but no, It’s meant to be hard so just keep pushing, it will lock in and I have no worries about that thing unlocking on me.Speed for me, being close to the weight limit is a little slower and I don’t get the full range out of it but that’s to be expected. I do wish that all companies would put real-world information on the descriptions and give expected speed and range at the riding weight they deem best and at max weight. That’s not really their problem but a problem with the industry as a whole. It is a push to start, it will not start by throttle alone. Just a little push off and the throttle works fine. Don’t expect this to go up steep hills though, its a 350-watt motor, It’s pretty much meant for level ground in my opinion. One thing that I feel should be on all scooters is a steering dampener to make it even more stable. Even at slow speeds, the steering can feel, I don’t want to say dangerous, it’s more of them being more squirrely. Not really a knock on this scooter as it’s pretty much all of them in my opinion.

Vobet Electric Scooter is my second e-scooter that I have acquired recently. It has an amazing price that is below $400 at the time of review. The scooter came in a minimally protected box. Box was damaged a little when arrived, but it was designed with enough protection that there was no visible damage to the scooter itself. The e-scooter had to be assembled with several small parts. The screws to secure the T handle bar were a challenge because the threads did not match 100%. Took me a while to assemble everything together, a bit longer than expected. The e-scooter came with the battery partially charged but I recommend to charge the battery completely before using the e-scooter.The e-scooter is simple to ride. Right handle has a thumb switch that controls acceleration and the left side controls EABS regenerative anti-lock braking, and right-hand side also has a bicycle like handbrake that controls the rear disc brake. The dual breaks provide a very safe and quick breaking at high speed.Vobet scooter has an app which you can install on the phone that pair with the scooter to get more physical condition of the scooter. But from my previous experience, I do not use it too much at all and holding the phone while riding the scooter can be dangerous. The on board LED display will give you enough information to ride the scooter. The e-scooter has 3-power settings you can choose from. For beginner, I would only stay at the first mode. It has a top speed about 10mph. Second power mode allows the e-scooter to travel around top speed of 20mph. The 3rd setting, I push the e-bike to 30mph traveling straight line. This is a lot higher than the claimed 18mph top speed in the product listing. It is highly recommended to wear protective gears while riding the e-scooter at any speed. There is a front LED for riding at night. But the output is very low and I would highly recommend to install an additional bicycle light if you are going to use it at night on the street.Over tiny bumps, the single front suspension and twin shock rear suspension provide a smooth ride. Larger speed bumps in the parking lot or on the street are not a problem, but you will feel a big bump as you drive ride over them due to the solid non-pneumatic hard wheels. Overall, if you are a first-time buyer, this is an excellent e-scooter with a good price. My teenage daughter had a lot of fun with it. It rides more smoothly compare to my other more expansive e-scooter.
