I tried another scooter for $399. but that was about five times worse than this. Everything is great about this experience except weight and no ability to disconnect the power so it’s harder to steal.1) Unboxing took 5 minutes and was the best I’ve seen.2) It is really big and comfortable.3) It has multiple safety features that are very well designed.4) The whole thing feels like quality and my wife and I really like it.

Bad first, it appears this one was returned since it was mostly put together. I only had to put the handle bar on. I charged it up fully and went just over two miles on fairly flat ground and during this trip it acted as if it was going to quit.I’d also like to mention that I purchased this one because the description said it has solid rubber tires and it has pneumatic tires. These needed to be pumped up first to 40 psi.The good, it had no problem getting up to 15 mph per the digital display (gps on phone said 19 mph). The display is very nice, shows the battery level, speed in mph or km (switchable), has three speed choices (gears if you prefer). Would be nice if they’d tell people about the digital display and get the kind of tires correct!!!Oh, the ride is very smooth.I’ll be contacting Amazon and returning this because of the two problems I mentioned, mainly tires because I ride on roads with various issues and don’t want to deal with a flat tire.If I’d know it didn’t have solid tires I would not have ordered.

Well my entire experience with this scooter has been the absolute worst. So grab some popcorn and let me tell you about it…I ordered this scooter a couple months ago since my friend had my other scooter because I had ran it till the wheels fell off….literally. Anyway it was being fixed and I couldn’t wait since I needed it for delivery gig. The specs on it seemed decent, not as good as my broken scooter but close enough. So it wad supposed to be delivered in a couple days, only for me to check on its status the day it should have been delivered and it was running late. Ughhhh, ok well I guess I will have to wait a couple more days, which I did. Delivery day came and I was anxious to get the scooter because I really needed to get going on my delivery gig that I had to postpone. I got an alert on my phone saying it had been delivered. Finally….except when I opened the door there was a giant box which contained a freezer?? I tried to lug the thing inside but it was far too heavy. I called amazon to find out what the heck was going on. They told me that they would have to schedule a pick up from the freight department which would not be able to pick the freezer up till after the weekend. Great, we’ll not really because I couldn’t get the thing in my house. I didn’t trust it being in plain sight for the entire weekend, which I did tell customer service. So every morning I checked to make sure the thing was still there until Monday morning, it was gone. Ok well you can see where this is going. So I called amazon to tell them that someone took off with the freezer. This is when they told me that there was nothing they could do for me; no refund, replacement nothing. I was livid. This was their fault not mine. That’s when I found out about another department that is higher up from regular customer service. I sent them a very long email explaining what happened and to my surprise I got a response the next day saying that a replacement was on its way. Phew, ok cool.So I finally get the scooter and my thoughts on it….PROS:Easy to assemble. It felt sturdy, because it was so much bigger than my other scooter. That’s it, literally everything else I hated.CONS:HEAVY!! OMG 75lbs!Turning radius was horrible. Forget about making any tight turns on this beast. Made it very hard to maneuver. The handlebar is not adjustable and it was wayyy too low for me, and I’m not tall 5’4″. I can’t imagine a 6ft something tall person trying to ride this all hunched over.Lastly it was extremely slow. It had no power in it. A slight incline and u could feel it struggling. And I really wanted to like this scooter but honestly I just couldn’t justify spending $700 when there was really nothing great about it at all. So I returned it and my saga continues.Yes there is more, so when I returned it I got a text on my phone saying that I had been refunded (gotta love Amazon’s policy of not refunding you up to 7 business days after they receive the item) but they only refunded me $5.99?!!! And I’m still dealing with this. They want me to give it another month and call them back if I haven’t received the proper refund by then….I don’t think so!! They received it, it’s in their warehouse, come on Amazon!! It makes no sense. So there u have it. Lesson learned, only buy scooters on amazon if u know it is the one u want. Don’t be like me and blindly buy it hoping for the best. Unless you have money to burn. I sure don’t, so that’s it for now. I need to call customer service and bug them for my refund again.

I bought 2 of these after purchasing other brands and returning them.. These are some very good scooters they operate very well. I’m not sure if they actually go 30 miles but they do go a lot farther than many other scooters.. The only part I’m not very impressed with is the suspension in the front. I noticed a lot of oil leaking from the seals not too long after riding them the 1st time. So far the performance of the front suspension hasn’t really been hindered very much but but there is a substantial amount of shock oil leaking from the seals.. Would be nice if they came out with a upgrade a upgrade for the front suspension to replace the old model. Other than that I would purchase this scooter before any other scooter in the price range
