I received the scooter, followed instructions on putting it together and the power button didnโt work. So I pressed and moved it around and it eventually came on. Almost three weeks later, the scooter stops accelerating, which caused me to fall. I was able to stay on my feet though! It powers off and wouldnโt power back on. After walking it to work, and back home from work ( 1 mile ) I plugged in the charger and itโs not charging. Unable to contact seller. Was asked that same morning, by the seller, to add them on WhatsApp (before I even left for work) which I thought was random and soon after the scooter did the power off and not back on thing

My 12 yo son saved up his money to purchase this scooter. It arrived and worked well after a charge. Less then two weeks later it suddenly shut off on him while he was riding it and it never came back on. He had 4 bars worth of battery charge at the time. Requested a return I will update this review once I hear back from the company
