Definitely great buy, with this out there there are couple things that I need to add.1)Installation relatively easy – missing some predrilled holes but plastic is soft enough to screw without drilling (although its super helpful to have tiny drill bit on hand).2) Front wheels are not turning with steering wheel – that was a little bit issue for my kid. He wanted to steer (still can but I just need to pay attention when he turns the wheel π ).3) Its sturdy and have removable bottom plate under feet if you want to let your little one Flintstone it.4) There is no belt or any harness to keep child in seat. Workaround is to use cupholder holes and any harness you can buy out there.Overall my kid loves it and that makes it worth it.

I truly do not know how some of the people that wrote reviews assembled this thing in 20 minutes. They must have used sorcery or made a deal with the devil. It took me that long just to put the stupid front wheel on π itβs a fun little car, but there are flaws in the plastic molding that made it very difficult to assemble for me. I ended up using a lighter to soften the plastic to get parts through holes. And it doesnβt come with instructions so youβll need to look up the manual online. My son loves his new truck though, so it was worth it. Just fair warning that you may throw things π¬

So the packaging was GARBAGE on this product, itβs like they literally just threw all the parts in a very banged up box. And some of the pieces were already like scratched up, Iβm not sure if it was returned or what, but we needed it for Halloween so it didnβt bother me that much, my husband put it together and he agreed with a lot of the other people saying itβs pretty tough to put together, if you donβt have specific tools Iβm not sure what you would do, like needing a rubber mallet and what not, but the on plus I have to say is overall we love it! Our little guy loves it, heβs going as Hank Hill for Halloween and we needed a red ford truck, the front roller wheels do not seem up to the task to go on rough terrain but this is not the case! This thing can go in the grass and everything, very smooth ride! I would say I wish the little but that makes noise was a little louder. But overall once itβs put together itβs great but the packaging and putting together, stinks. Hope this is helpful! Would say if youβre up to a challenge of putting it together I would say go for it!

Super cute ride on truck BUT assembly can be a nightmare. Thank goodness I was able to Google videos for assembly from other people who had issues. FIRST I cannot believe Step2 has such horrible instructions AND to make it even worse is their LACK of quality control. The instructions say you will need a hammer, screwdriver, wrench and safety glasses. They left out the part where you will need a drill with several different sizes drill bits. Plus you need to have some experience with this type of stuff and the patience of a SAINT. It took me approximately 2-2.5 hours and it was extremely frustrating. I had to view at least 5-6 different videos to get tips and suggestions of how to get through this build. There were holes that were not large enough for the parts to go through AND there were areas with no holes or at least a specific location to insert other screws. For the price point of this item there is no excuse for the difficulty in assembly.

My sister bought this for my little one when he was 12 months old. Now at almost 15 months, heβs getting in and out of it himself. He also make sure we ride him in it daily. Pushing this truck all around the house or going in and out of it constantly.I had no issues with assembling it. We looked at a few YouTube tutorials just to make sure everything were being put together correctly. The directions are not the best but itβs worth it. The car is very sturdy and strong. Just take your time putting it together. It took us less than an hour to assemble.
