edit 10-10-2019: Although Iโve basically rebuilt and replaced nearly every mechanical part on this Scooter some more than twice, my daughter is still riding it two years later. She still loves this thing and the idea of it, but I have to do a lot of work on it every now and again. No issue if you are patient and handy with tools.I’m torn between one and two stars. Two, because if this scooter worked like it was supposed to it would be fine. However, my daughter got this for Christmas and she really loved the idea of it and was super excited. We charged it in accordance with the instruction guide the first time for 12 hours. The battery didn’t last long her first ride, so we assumed it was due to it being the initial battery discharge. Since then, each time she unplugs it, the battery shows full, but once she starts riding, it goes down to low immediately and doesn’t last much longer afterwards. The short ride makes her very sad and the scooter does not live up to the description or what is expected. After less than 2 weeks the batteries would not charge any more. We contacted Razor and about a week later they sent new batteries. My daughter rode it a few times after that and then after about another week, the charger showed green all the time as if the batteries were charged, but the ride would only last about 5 minutes. I contacted Razor again and this time they sent out a new charger to see if that works. The representative told me she would expedite it, but we’ve still been waiting more than a week for it to arrive. This thing has sat in the garage unusable since we’ve had it. I would not buy it again or recommend it. So far I’m also very unhappy with Razor customer service and my daughter is very unhappy and doesn’t even want this scooter anymore.

Great product but came with a crack. No help through Amazon, had to go through manufacturer, was too difficult so it will just have a crack.

The scooter arrived damaged. It was sold as like new. Had bought a new one that also arrived damaged so sent it back to buy a used like new that also arrived damaged for almost half price so kept it. Tried to keep first for a discount but was told had to return it. Was not keeping a damaged item for full price. Plastic broken but most likely due to shipping. Runs fast and battery lasts a good while. Love it other than the damage.

Our second razor pocket, quite disappointed. No matter what my husband adjusts, the back tire/brake sticks and rubs, and the brakes are squeaky. For the $, you expect it to be smooth like butter. Our first one was, hence the second purchase. Sad too because this was the only thing our daughter asked for on her Birthday.

I had a time assembling the handelbars. But once done all good. Easy to ride. Feel safe in bike lane, in light traffic. I charged for 24 hours first time. I then at least an hour after use. Happy with purchase.

I did have to return the first one that I received due to a faulty battery, but Amazon was wonderful and returned it with no issues. I received a replacement and this worked like a dream! My son loved it so much! I couldnโt have picked a better birthday present for him!!

I wanted to buy a “euro style” Vespa type scooter, that was electric – and I came across this adorable scooter from Razor. The weight limit says 220 lbs, and I took a chance that it would be big enough for me and my 15 year old daughter. My daughter’s school is about a mile or two from our house, so I wanted it for short commutes to and from school, library or grocery store to grab milk. The seat is wide, and very comfortable, and because the bike so small, if you feel wobbly, you can easily put your foot onto the ground. My husband even rode it, and he weighs 200lbs! It’s a bit plasticky and looks like a kids toy, but it goes 15 miles per hour, and gets the job done! My daughter took some convincing, to risk ridicule and ride it to school, but now she loves it. I wish it didn’t come with the stickers, and came in different colors, but this heavier duty version only comes in one color. I was lucky enough to find it in the ‘amazon warehouse’ – and it was much less expensive than full price. SCORE! Razor – if you’re reading this – make one of these slightly larger and faster for adults! This fills a niche that ‘electric bikes’ don’t really.

I live in Montana and believe it or not I bought this scooter to commute to work on. I had been riding a bicycle so this is a great upgrade. It is too cold now to drive it because I know the battery does not like cold weather. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone. It’s a lot of fun. It is a little on the small side for adults but I am 5’11” and 175lbs and it is fine for me.
