Best in vestment, pros1 Package comes in 3 boxes carefully place in box will make you happy.2 The warnings, a lot of warnings come on the scooter, and the papers manual. So they don’t want you getting hurt.3 Sturdiness is well built screws, and all the board is really wide. The scooter is bigger, and wider then on picture it’s thick with the handle bars being longer then other scooters.4 Tires being 10 inches bigger then most. It adds comfortably to the ride, and rider. Big tiers act as shocks, potholes, cracks can be ridden over them with Ease. It’s already inflated comes with cheap air pump.5 climes up hill faster then most scooters, 30incline it was going 9-13 miles does depend on weight.6 It’s fast 18rpm breaks, and lights work well. the first scooter in my life, that did not come loses with lose parts. Overall I was very comfortable it was a good investment.7 This scooter is beast halve way 6miles with 30-40 degree incline. I had a very heavy bag altogether weighting about 240 pounds, and still had more then halve of the battery power left, so the miles are almost Accurate when they show you miles on a scooter, it at the lowest condition and setting. Now for the consCon1 app does not work for scooters, it said coming soon it’s been out for a minute. Very disappointed so I cannot change the colour of the lights which, I thing is kind of cool by the way.2 Board is too high up when you kick off you need a long stride. Needs shocks if it had it would have almost been perfect.3 Front Latch got stuck I can fold the scooter, I don’t want to break it. That’s about it4 not too mention the tires, when trying too inflate the tire tube goes in the wheel, and inside the tire tube. Very, very annoying, had too use a clamp, or needle nose too hold in place after fishing it out. Then put air in same time, I said screw this sent it back, and got another. It will give you a hard time Too.5 Is it worth it no, save and put an extra $180-200 to buy a better, and stronger, faster scooters, this is not meant too last.If your look for something too buy you 3-4 months too get around this is your product. If your looking to marry the dam thing, it’s not worth it. It will take all you have, and leave you with nothing.

Using this to get to and from work since I currently don’t have a license. The battery will sometimes lose or gain a bar of life randomly but I can make it to work on a full charge (it’s 15 minutes by car, 30 by this scooter). I didn’t see this anywhere in the description so here: IT COMES WITH A PUMP FOR YOUR TIRES.It REALLY struggles going up hills. The battery dies SUPER fast if you stop-and-go due to traffic. The bell is utterly useless, but it’s instant serotonin so it gets a pass (it sounds like the bell for a cartoon bike!)Overall, it’s absolutely great for my needs, but I can see the battery being an issue for some people. I get to work with 2-3 bars of battery after 30 minutes of use so I plan on getting a portable charger if I can’t guarantee that I’ll find one. I suggest you do the same.

The scooter is well built and is perfect for my 14-year old to get around the neighborhood and get to friends and places I used to have to drive him to. Plus – unlike his bike, he can easily bring it inside most places so it doesn’t get stolen or sit out in the heat.My only issue is after about 6 months, the battery life started to diminish significantly which limited the distance he could travel on a single charge. By 1 year, the battery only last for about 1 mile and it takes 2 hours to fully charge again! We were diligent about caring for the battery. Kept the scooter inside the house, out of extreme temps, and only kept it plugged in until fully charged. Unfortunately, the cost to replace the battery is nearly the $100 But the scooter has held up so well, there’s no sense in replacing the whole thing. Just hope the replacement battery will hold up better.

I almost returned this scooter because within the first 2 weeks both tires went flat & would not hold air, both tires had the same problem, they were leaking air around the valve stem. since both tires did this I believe this company uses cheap ass iner tubes. instead of returning the scooter it was way faster to just purchase better ones and swap them myself. now it’s been a couple months and the heavy duty tubes I purchased worked out great so just be weary of this problem if you buy this scooter…also the scooter works pretty good but it def has other issues like a shitty brake system that barely works when you slam on them and I have to put a little piece of cardboard inside the stem where it folds so the stem & handle bars don’t rattle & whobble…other than all that I like it lol

Been using it for three weeks now. Battery life is good. Take to work and home and stays above 17mph until it hits two bars on the battery level. Then drops to 14mph. A reflector pop off on the back end by the wheel. Wasn’t too happy about that since I ride it at night. And have to once a week add air to the tires. They get low from time to time. Tested the speakers and they are not the best of quality. And as for the blue light. Might need to take apart and disconnect. Too bright and would like to save a little more battery by doing that. If it makes a difference. But other than that. A good scooter. Get a lot of compliments and is fun to ride.

Got 2 of the scooters for my wife and I to take with us we like to go spend weekends with friends or family and our car tends to get locked in by others so for small trips this should have been good.On the first trip, we took I should have returned it on a slight incline the Scooter struggled with my 200 pounds of pure muscle.. My wife’s scooter was faster but not much and she is 120 pounds of sweetness.after about 3 weekends of using them, my scooter slowed down considerably and never ever hit 18 now I can’t even hit 15 so my son uses it to go to school feel like I wasted a lot of money at this point. I would try for a warranty claim but I doubt it will get any better long-term.Don’t advertise your product with 12 miles of range when if you are way more than 100 pounds 6-8 is what you will get. If you are over 180 good luck with 6 miles..
