We bought this for my 7 year old son for his Birthday. My 11 year old son and I put it together. I thought I did something wrong when I had two sturdy metal parts left at the end, but then I realized they were the wrenches that we were supposed to use to put it together. Oops! I had gotten our wrenches out of our toolbox not realizing that it came with some. My son rides this all day long, and I’m impressed with where it can go. He can take it on gravel, grass, up big bumps in the sidewalk, etc. He rides it to the park and back which is a mile round trip. His Nerf guns don’t stay very well in the holes designed for them, but that doesn’t seem to bother him. Since it has lasted for over a month already without him breaking it, it has a good chance of lasting him years yet!

We go on daily family walks. We encounter a mixture of terrain with flat, hills, clay roads, concrete, asphalt, and grass. My 5 year old was riding her big wheel, but the plastic tires was getting destroyed. We wanted to find something with rubber tires so they would last and hopefully give her more grip for the hills. This can conquer almost everything. Our walks generally consist of about 3 miles. One her big wheel, my daughter would get tired frequently and we’d need to carry it while she walked. With Nerf Striker, she ride the full 3 miles without a problem. It’s not great grass, she still needs to be pushed, but it can handle all the other obstacles.Plus, it’s made well made. It does seem to be a little rattly (is that a word?), but that may be because of the uneven terrain she rides on.I would definitely buy this for her again.

Perfect for my 5 year old. Good quality except for the top piece comes off. He just rides with it off. Neighbor boy has a hauck go kart and it does the same. That is my only complaint but I would 100% still purchase!

I bought this for my sonโs 8th birthday. He was super excited to get it. My son and I assembled this together which was great bonding time teaching him the basic terms such as righty-tighty lefty-loosey, washer, bolts, screw driver, etc. With that being said it was super easy to assemble. I am a-little bummed out because once assembled it is small. My son is a-little bit taller than most kids his age so it is not the manufactures fault. I just thought it would be able to adjust to fit his size since the description states that it fits ages 4-8. I just wish there was one more notch available to extend the length to make this go-kart last a-little bit longer. However he is happy with it and it was a great gift in his opinion.

Our son loves it. So easy to assemble and super sturdy. Our sons are 48 and 56lbs and it is perfect at this size or smaller with adjustable seat.
