I remember loving these in gym class as a child and I’m glad to see they still make them!We purchased this for 2 reasons.1) Our daughter who is 2.5 years old. She loves to sit on the scooter and push herself around. She is little enough that she has to be watched with this- she has tried to stand on it a few times and had to be reminded to sit nicely. The scooter rest upside down on a dresser out of reach much of the time. I’m sure she will grow into it.2) Our A/C. We have a large window mounted A/C. My husband has had surgery on his back and thus isn’t able to move the A/C into storage easily. Since we remove the A/C from the window in the winter and I was very pregnant at the time we needed to do so I purchased this to help scoot the A/C to where we needed it to go. It worked like a charm! As this isn’t it’s intended use I wouldn’t recommend doing this often but for twice a year it works well- and provides a fun time between those uses. π

My three boys have so much fun sliding around on these on our tile floor, on super hot days. Worth the money.

I tried an exercise using a similar scooter at a group exercise gym and loved how sore my core was – I’m sure that scooter was way pricier than this! I did 4×10 and my core indeed is still in repair 4 days later. It does exactly what I bought it for! Simple ab workout you could incorporate at home that is not boring ol crunches and you also get an upper body workout at the same time! Worth it.

The kids love it but it doesn’t roll on carpet

This is nice for young kids who are getting a little stir crazy through the winter. Rolls around well (hardwood floors, area rugs) but probably requires at least two kids so they can push each other around. It does tip fairly easy for my oldest who is 7, but not so much with my 3 year old.

Much smaller than I expected and feels lighter/cheaper than the one at my kid’s therapy office. Can’t do some of the things they do at the office because of how small it is (like rolling on the tummy while bearing weight on the arms) but I guess that’s an oversight on my part.
