I ordered this ride-on toy about a month ago. When ordering, I completely forgot that we were soon moving to another state, and I entered my old shipping address.Amazon couldn’t help because the toy was coming straight from the manufacturer overseas.I tried to contact UPS to give them the correct shipping address, however even after multiple attempts, I was never able to speak with a real person to explain my situation! I had to give up on UPS.Ultimately, I found an email address for the manufacturer. I contacted them and explained my dilemma. My expectations weren’t very high, particularly since they were located somewhere overseas. But to my delight, they responded to my email within a day and we began discussions about a solution.The toy had already been shipped and they couldn’t reroute it. However, the manufacturer generously agreed to have the toy returned to them and they refunded me the full price.I was highly pleased with their outstanding customer service. They helped me out of a bind that was completely of my own making.I will reorder the toy now that our move is complete. It is a gift for my 1 1/2 year old grandson.Based on their outstanding customer service alone, I highly recommend this product!!

Purchased for my 2.5 year old son who is now 3. We purchased for a Christmas gift because he loves excavators. This is by far my favorite purchase. He loves it! He is HUGE for his age (just over 3 ft and 40 lbs). He rides it inside and out and has learned to drift LOL! We have tile floors. I highly recommend! It did take him a little to get used to using it to pick up the rock but he loves it now!

My son loves this toy and plays with it all the time. The arm comes off so easily though. I’m constantly having to snap it back in.

My boys do love it, but it’s self propelled (feet) which is ok. Also the excavator arm/claw tension is VERY strong, the boys have had a hard time really using it (and that’s their favorite part!). Arm tends to pop off if given a little resistance. Boys still love it, I just wish we didn’t have to keep fixing it for them to play.

My kids love it but they want to make it dig. It can’t handle that obviously. The toy made so the big digging arm comes out. It does come apart nicely so it can be repeatedly fixed. I am not sure if I like that feature but it works.
