Very nice lightweight scooter , great alternative to the Segway max , nice style , zippy acceleration and really built well. Thank you for this excellent transaction.

This is my first electric scooter impression. For those considering the Air Pro, here are my first impressions:Plus -+ Unboxing it it seems solid and well-built; sturdy. Nice paint, good-appearing quality on grips, deck, levers+ Goes together easily. No tricky assembly. Charging is a snap.+ Initial handling seems fine. Not strong on ramps and inclines, but good speed on level ground.+ Overall first impressions of usability are positive.Minus -+ Tires came uninflated. Rear tire won’t hold air. Defective tube, I think+ Steering feels really rough, like overtightened or bad/broken bearings+ Steering isn’t straight. Have to hold handlebars slightly crooked to go straight. This is not an assembly item – came from the factory like this.Summary -For feeling like grade A build quality in some ways, in other ways it feels like grade D – like it didn’t get inspected before being shipped. Flat tire? Crooked handlebars? Bad steering bearings?? Not expected.Another plus: Emailed Apollo support and they have a new tube coming out right away. They were really responsive about the tube in just one day – and a Saturday at that. I asked about the steering, too, and will post an update when I learn more.

This is a solid scooter! But, unfortunately, Iโve heard countless complaints of customers from Apollo where they had dents/scratches in their new product (please do your research so you understand what I am saying).I used mine ASAP as I needed it for communizing on campus, but I regret not asking for a return while I had the opportunity. It is a HUGE investment!

I bought this direct from Apollo but boy I am peeved. I waited 3 months for my 2022 City Pro and they kept say…oh, we are waiting for replacement chargers, batteries, etc. I finally got mine, charged it once and the battery charger is fried. Guess what – They have NO INVENTORY on replacement chargers. Be warned….good intentions don’t equate to quality delivery. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.
